Refund Policy
It is encouraged you purchase a ticket only if you are confident you can attend, as seating is extremely limited and demand is high. Please note the following terms for refunds:

1. Refund Fees: All refunds are subject to a $22 processing fee, which covers non-refundable PayPal transaction costs.
2. Refund Timeline:
   • Up to 2 months before the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
   • Within 30 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

This policy ensures we can cover event-related expenses, including personalized items such as shirts, controllers, the Move giveaway, and catering for all attendees across two days.
