Stutter House Overview

The Stutter House workshop focuses on the trendy micro-genre of Deep & Tech House, known for its feel-good uplifting vibes and unique gating technique inspired by early 90s trance music. This workshop covers essential deep house elements, including drums, bass, arrangement, and automations as well as various gating and tremolo techniques. We will explore methods of stuttering vocal and synths using only built-in tools and free plugins. It's an opportunity to learn and experiment within this innovative and contemporary micro-genre.

This workshop serves as a comprehensive guide, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to create professional-level Stutter House tracks.

 

Stutter House Template 

This Stutter House template is a great starting point featuring a mixed drum group with 8 drum racks and 2 audio tracks for you to start programming full and dense house drums.

All tracks are mixed and processed.

Additionally, you'll find a bass group with Bass Pas and pluck bass instrument racks, as well as a track with Glide pad preset for chords and a Melodic Lead preset for melodies, arpeggios and riffs.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

He approaches Ableton in a unique way; producing and performing with video game controllers under the moniker Side Brain.

One of Yeuda’s most remarkable qualities is his exceptional knowledge and speed, combined with his unparalleled ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

With years of experience as a music production instructor and educator, Yeuda has contributed his expertise to prestigious institutions throughout the United States, including USC, UCLA, UCSD, Colburn Music School, Berkley School of Music, Cal Arts, NAMM, Skywalker Sounds, Bedrock LA, Sonos Studios, Sweetwater Headquarters, 1500 or Nothing studios, Grammy U, Pensado’s Place, Vintage King, Museum of Making Music, Lynda.com (now known as Linkedin Learning), and Perfect Circuit Audio, among many others.
