Most modern synths today come built-in with internal FX. These FX are now an essential part of synthesis and sound design.
When using Ableton’s synths we don’t have built-in because we have al the effects separated and need to load manually.
I’ve created this rack for the most essential effects to make your synth patches sound bigger and more impressive.
It was designed to worked with Ableton’s synths like Wavetable, Drift, Operator, Analog etc. but you can use it with any synth/sampler you’re working with.
Macros
Comprss – One-knob smart synth compressor
Saturate – Harmonic Booster
Low Cut – High Pass filter up to 250Hz
High Cut – Low Pass filter down to 250Hz
Phaser – Phasing amount
Chorus – Classic chorus Effect
Echo – Stereo Echo
Plate Verb – Convolution plate reverb
Variations
Init – Everythign if off
Comp & Space – Only Compression with light reverb and delay
Everything ON! – All effects together!
Requirements
– Ableton Suite 11.3.10 and above
INSTALLATION
1. After Download – Double click on the file to open it up in Ableton Live. (Bug – If the file extension is missing, rename the file manually to end with “.adg”)
2. Click on the Save button at the top right corner of the device to save to your User Library
